Eight months after Amy Winehouse's death, the lingering question of who will, and will not, receive the nearly $7 million in assets she left behind has been answered.

According to AP (via HitFix), Winehouse never filled out a will, meaning her parents, Mitch and Janis, will receive $4.66 million, the amount left over after accounting for debt and taxes. Blake Fielder-Civil, Winehouse's ex-husband, will receive nothing.

Winehouse's father is listed as the administrator of her estate in legal documents and is currently overseeing the Amy Winehouse Foundation, an organization that "provides help, support or care for young people, especially those who are in need by reason of ill health, disability, financial disadvantage or addiction." There's no word yet on how much of the inheritance, if any, will go to the foundation.

So final score: Winehouses: $4.66 million. Fielder-Civil: Zero. What do you think?
