Eric Church has seen his merch counterfeited too many times and he's not gonna take it anymore! He is suing vendors who travel "from show to show, selling their 'Eric Church' merchandise, and then 'quickly hide or discard infringing goods and walk or run away,' when approached by one of the singer's employees." Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, her husband, attended a gala for the Kuwait-American Foundation on March 11 because Kidman was receiving a humanitarian award. But according to reports, "Urban was the one who had everyone uttering the word, 'adorable': A head shorter, cute as a button and chatty with everyone who aproached. 'They are a fabulous couple—gracious, understated,' said Rima Al-Sabah, wife of the Kuwaiti ambassador." He should tour there! [Country Weekly]

METAL: Queensrÿche Singer Hits Road Solo
Geoff Tate, lead singer of American prog metal band Queensrÿche, is going on a 10-date American trek that'll take him from Denver to New York in late April and early May. Based on his last tour, we think he'll be playing some Queensrÿche stuff!
