The pop superstar is planning a media blackout. She spoke to Oprah in an interview scheduled to be broadcast this weekend, but she won't talk to the press afterwards "as she'll have nothing else to say to them," according to WENN.
She told Oprah, "Other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time… No press, no television, if my mom calls and says, 'Did you hear about it…' I shut it all off... I don't read a damn thing."
This may partially be the result of recent news that a group of film producers are planning an unauthorized Lady Gaga biopic. Gaga was reportedly furious about the biopic because it portrayed her as "insecure and needy" and she "wants to be seen as powerful and strong." Looks like she won't be portrayed at all for a while!
