FUSE TV - Lana Del Rey to Perform on "American Idol"?
Word on the Internet block is that Lana Del Rey will be appearing on an upcoming episode of American Idol. Huh. I guess the judges didn't see her performance on Saturday Night Live...? That, or the songbird—she of the big lip and image controversy fame—has really stepped up her live game and is ready to show the world the real Lana Del Rey (if she exists).
MJs Big Blog [via Idolator] is reporting that Del Rey will be visiting the Idol studios on Thursday to either perform on that night's show, or tape an episode for future airing. MJs Big Blog says that Del Rey's name appears on the audience tickets along with Daughtry and Demi Lovato, who are scheduled to perform.
Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, so take it with a grain of salt. But we just thought you should know. Let's re-watch Lana bomb on SNL, just to prepare ourselves in case her Idol appearance is legit. Also: Will the Internet explode if she bombs on national TV, again? Tell us below.
