Radiohead Announce More U.S. Tour Dates
I'll gladly throw out any semblance of journalistic objectivity when reporting on Radiohead, particularly after this morning's announcement that the band will play nearly a dozen more North American shows this May and June.
It is a happy day.
The band kicked off their tour last week in Miami and has been bumming around the South and Southwest, presumably downing Waffle House and buying fireworks for their kids. The 11 new dates will shoot the band up to the Northeast and Midwest, kicking off May 29 at Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass. and ending with shows in Montreal and Toronto.
The band's arena shows should be easier to get into than their last Northeast shows last year, when the band played New York's 3,000-capacity Roseland Ballroom last September. Check out the full itinerary at Radiohead.com.
