Rihanna flew her hairstylist Ursula Stephen from Los Angeles to London after her hairdo was ruined in a sauna, reports The New York Post. The 24-year-old Barbadian pop star swam in her hotel's pool and then used the accompanying steam room and sauna. A source close to Rihanna said, "When she got out, her hair was tangled and matted. She slapped a load of conditioner on but it didn't get through the mass."
Rihanna decided not to "gamble" on a local hairdresser because she was due to appear on TV the next day, so she hid her hair under a baseball cap and flew Ms. Stephen out to London to fix it for her. The whole thing cost $24,000.
As a company where employees can only afford $15,000 haircuts, Fuse thinks the $24,000 haircut is a little over the top. What do you think? Is it worth it for an international pop star with an image to maintain, or is it just silly?
