Man, Taylor Swift is rich. How rich? She made about $35,000,000 last year, which is more than the island nation of Tuvalu, which made $31 million. While this is bad news for Tuvalu, it's almost worse news for the runners-up: U2 was No. 2 with $32,000,000, Kenny Chesney was No. 3, Lady Gaga was No. 4 and Lil Wayne was No. 5.

The rankings were based on U.S.-based income only from tours, album sales and publishing royalties, so Adele placed 10th on the list because she cancelled her U.S. tour. The counts also didn't factor in money from sponsorships, merchandise sales or synchronization deals (songs in movies, on video game soundtracks, etc.).

These figures look ominous for Wiz Khalifa, who said he was gonna make $100,000,000 this year. No chance, bro!
