When Jay-Z boasted on 2003's "Public Service Announcement" that he had "the hottest chick in the game wearin' my chain," we could only take his word for it, bereft of any quantitative evidence that could refute this claim. Now, People magazine has voted Beyoncé, said "hottest chick," the "World's Most Beautiful Woman" in their latest issue so this has been settled for good.

The singer beat out Sofia Vergara, Charlize Theron, Christina Hendricks and Kate Middleton, among others, to take the, I dunno, "title," I guess? "I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," the 16-time GRAMMY winner told the magazine. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."

So now it's settled. Jay-Z was right. Again. Jigga, we throw our hands up (and not in that "Throw the Roc up" way) and continue to worship your global dominance.
