DJ Khaled: Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj In "Biggest Video Ever"

Khaled talks about his megastar-filled music video for "Take It To the Head"

Earlier this week, producer/record label exec DJ Khaled released the music video for "Take It To the Head," an epic clip set in the subway underground featuring Lil Wayne, Chris Brown (in a cage!), Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes and Birdman (basically, everyone he could cram into a four-minute clip).

Fuse's Esteban Serrano sat down with DJ Khaled to talk about how he made sure this would be "the biggest video ever."

"We called Colin Tillie [the video's director], and I explained, 'Look I got Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross: I can't play with this. These are megastars, don't play yourself, I ain't going to play myself—this has got to be the biggest video you ever did and we have to win awards. No if ands buts about it," Khaled tells Fuse.

"So he sent me one treatment and I seen the movie he was doing and I was like, 'Yeah, you know, I'm giving you the chance to think about it. Because I'm cool with it, but is what you [want]? Because we about to go. So he hit me back and said, 'Alright, let me do another one. I didn't understand the [second] treatment, because it was so crazy, I didn't believe what I was reading. I was like, 'how is he going to make this happen?'"

Khaled says he's banking on the "Take It To the Head" video to win big at awards shows. "It's special, man. We talking GRAMMYS, BET Awards, VMAs, this is going to go down in the history books: This is our legacy, we can't play with this. And we shot the biggest video ever."
