GULF SHORES, AL - MAY 20: Wayne Coyne and The Flaming Lips perform as part of Day 3 of the 2012 Hangout Music Festival on May
Tim Mosenfelder

Oklahoma City's favorite sons the Flaming Lips have put on for their city in a way that few other bands have: They've rewritten their 1999 hit "Race for the Prize" to honor the Oklahoma City Thunder's current NBA playoff run! Check out the video below, with new lyrics:

Oklahoma City was once in a decline
Home of the workin’ man
But he was losing
But heard off in the distance
Came a roar out of the sky
Thunder came thunderin’
So determined
Theirs is to win
We win with them
They’ll keep fighting
For Oklahoma

And in other Flaming Lips news, Wayne Coyne appears to have tweeted some very NSFW pictures of Erykah Badu. (Update: It's Badu's eerily similar-looking  sister!) Check them out here.
