Kanye West Remixes Chief Keef's "I Don't Like" and Messes Up a Lyric
Kanye West just dropped the remix for "I Don't Like" by 16-year-old Chicago rap sensation Chief Keef, featuring Jadakiss, Big Sean and Pusha T, which Kanye actually wouldn't let Chief Keef listen to. Maybe he should have let him, because Kanye messes up the lyric in his own verse!
In the song, which you can listen to below, Kanye says, "I was in too deep like Mekhi Phife," a reference to the 1999 movie In Too Deep and actor Mekhi Phifer. But Mekhi Phifer wasn't in In Too Deep; Omar Epps and LL Cool J were!
The rest of the song is sick and I wouldn't be disappointed if I had to hear this song coming out of cars all summer because it's really good. And I'm glad it has that little Kanye error in it; maybe someday it'll be a question on Jeopardy! Listen to the song below and let us know what you think about it, and then check out Chief Keef's original below that, and then watch Chief Keef recording his verse for the remix!
