Lady Gaga is clearly one of the finest things America has to offer, but Indonesian authorities don't exactly agree. According to The Huffington Post, the pop star has been forced to cancel her sold-out show in the South Pacific nation—the biggest on her tour (52,000 people!)—after conservative Islamic lawmakers decided that her sexy outfits and dancing will corrupt young people.

Some ultra-conservative citizens of Indonesia, which has more Muslims than any other country on earth, have even threatened to use physical force to stop Gaga from even landing her plane on the country's soil. Dis! The government ultimately denied her a permit for the show (long after it had sold out); promoters could not be reached for comment as to whether fans would be refunded.
