Usher Insists "Climax" Is Not About Sex

FUSE TV - Usher Insists "Climax" Is Not About Sex

Usher's Diplo-produced anthem "Climax" is a hell of a song, and it really seems like it's about sex. But according to MTV, Usher is insisting that it's not!

Usher said, "'Climax' was an interpretation to really give people a better understanding because I felt like people really looked at the record for what you heard first, which was 'climax'. So, people thought 'sex.' It's not about sex. Well, climax is about sex, but not the song. Just so we're clear."

We're not clear, Usher. But we'll let you continue:

"The song is really about the crescendo of a relationship, where you've reached a place where you're gonna dive in or let it go," he says. "And the 'Climax' is what it is."

So what do you think? Is "Climax" about sex or not? Watch the video below and let us know what you think in the comments!
