FUSE TV - Rihanna Is Starring in an Animated Film
Did you like Battleship? Do you thirst for more Rihanna onscreen? If you do, you're going to love this: According to the Hollywood Reporter, Rihanna will be starring in film adaptation of the book The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex.
RIhanna will star alongside Jim Parsons, known best for his role on The Big Bang Theory, and the film is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2014. Don't hold your breath!
It will be directed by Tim Johnson, who directez Antz and Over the Hedge, the writers of Get Smart are writing it, and the producers behind Rio and Kung Fu Panda 2 are producing. The movie is about a friendly alien race who comes to Earth to hide from their enemies, and one of the aliens is discovered and goes on a cross-country trip with a young girl. We're hoping that's Rihanna!
