Ying Yang Twins Rapper Arrested for DUI
D-Roc of the Atlanta-based hip hop duo Ying Yang Twins was arrested and charged with a DUI last week in Georgia. According to a police report that surfaced earlier today (June 8), D-Roc (real name De'Angelo Holmes) was driving with two of his children—a three year old and a two month old—when a police officer noticed his car swerving on the road.
After being pulled over, Holmes failed his sobriety test and the police report says he admitted to consuming "a few beers at a friend's house" before getting behind the wheel. The officer also found two grams of marijuana in his car, so D-Roc was charged not only with a DUI but with marijuana possession and child endangerment as well.
Ying Yang Twins scored several crunk hits in the first half of the 2000s, including "Salt Shaker," "Wait (The Whisper Song)" and Lil Jon's classic "Get Low."
