It's a union of the titans: Sir Paul McCartney, one of the most famous musicians of all time, has teamed up with the creators of one of the biggest video games of all time! Bungie, the studio behind the multi-billion dollar sci-fi Halo series, is working with the former Beatle on a new project, according to Macca's Twitter:

“I’m really excited to be working on writing music with @bungie, the studio that made Halo.” - Paul http://t.co/lRxl8Jr8

Nothing about the project is known beyond that, but we suspect McCartney would write a pretty amazing set of video game songs, probably up there with classics like "Green Hill Zone" from Sonic the Hedgehog or "Aquatic Ambience" from Donkey Kong Country

Let us know what you're expecting from this project in the comments!
