Following the tragic watercraft accident and subsequent death of Kile Glover, Usher's 11-year-old stepson, friends and family, including Usher and Glover's mother Tameka Foster, congregated at Atlanta's Wieuca Road Baptist Church to lay Glover to rest on Friday. As MTV reports, The hour-long service was attended by Ludacris, producer Jazze Pha and The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks, with little fanfare.
Glover was declared brain-dead earlier this month after he was struck by Jeffrey Hubbard, a 38-year-old friend of the family while being pulled in an inner tube. Hubbard was riding a jet ski and struck Glover in the head. Glover was taken off life support on July 21.
Foster recently set up the Kile Glover Fund and took to Twitter to appeal for donations to increase water safety.
