Just days after an entertainment company announced they were suing Chris Brown and Drake over their nightclub melee earlier this summer, Romain Julien, a model in New York City, is jumping on the litigation bandwagon.
According to the Associated Press, Julien is suing Brown, Drake and the operators of the club where the fight took place for "actual and punative damages"—Julien has reportedly suffered a severed tendon in his right hand, lacerations from broken glass, cosmetic deformity and mental distress from the incident.
No criminal charges have been filed in the fight, and both Brown's and Drake's lawyers have yet to comment on the allegations. While we can't speak to the severity of injuries Julien endured during the fight, according to his Twitter account, he seemed well enough to attend the London Olympics earlier this month. Just sayin.'
