Pepsi and Billboard are closing out their 2012 Summer Beats Concert Series celebrating the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's Bad album. The show will feature performances from two of R&B's brightest stars Ne-Yo and Melanie Fiona (below), and additional music from Swizz Beatz and DJ Cassidy.

In addition to covering some of MJ's classics, Ne-Yo and Melanie will treat the audience to some of their own hits and fan-favorites!

The one-night-only show goes down August 29, what would have been MJ's 54th birthday, at New York City's Gotham Hall, but fans everywhere can watch the concert live at home via a livestream on Pepsi's Twitter page!
