Bon Iver just realized something über-fans have known for a while: There isn't enough of their amazing music out there. Remixes are an easy, often exceptionally enjoyable way to milk a little more out of the group's meager output—SoundCloud and YouTube DJs have been posting independent takes for a solid few years—so Justin Vernon and his merry band are now sanctioning that very pursuit with an official contest. They've put up the individual master tracks (the "stems") to every Bon Iver, Bon Iver song and are giving away $1,000 for the best remix of each tune (and you can win more than once).
