G.O.O.D. Music Releases Official "Cruel Summer" Trailer

The 30-second trailer includes a clip from "Mercy" and reveals the album's track listing

On the same day Cruel Summer may or may not have leaked (just kidding, it totally did - here's a live stream), the folks at G.O.O.D. Music released an official trailer for the highly anticipated album. The trailer is modest by Kanye's standards — no Maybach's were harmed during its filming —  but it's certainly intriguing and well done.

Basically, the album art for Cruel Summer — sort of a concrete bust of a topless woman — emerges from the darkness in a slow-mo explosion of smoke and debris while a clip from "Mercy" plays in the background, eventually leading to the album's tracklisting.

Cruel Summer is officially released next week, on September 18th. Be excited — it's as good as you hoped.
