It ostensibly seems trite to write about music, playlists, etc. on the 12th anniversary of 9/11. But after the tragic events of that day, artists in all genres released tribute songs, attended fundraiser concerts and bonded together—at least for a little while—in the hopes of rallying a mourning nation.
