Need more arty-yet-anthemic electro-pop in your life? Fear not, gentle listener: Ellie Goulding just announced the dates for her upcoming 2013 Halcyon Days Tour.

Kicking off January 16 in Miami (a fitting place given the ten million club makeovers "Lights" has been treated to) and wrapping up in L.A. on February 12, Goulding will hit 18 North American cities in total. "Touring and playing shows is my favorite part of what I do, and I really can't wait to get on the road," Goulding said in a press release.

And despite Halcyon (pronounced "hal-see-yan") coming out just this month, Goulding recently told us how surprised she was to find out her audience already have the new tunes memorized. "People must have been at home listening to it furiously because the whole room was singing along to new songs," Goulding told Fuse.

She also explained how strange it is to realize a crowd of strangers is reciting her rather confessional lyrics. "A lot of the stuff on this album is really, really personal, but when I'm onstage I'm concentrating on so many things that I don't even have time to think that the audience is singing about that time that I had with so-and-so." We're not savants, but chances are pretty good that at least one of the "so-and-so's" on Halcyon is her boyfriend Skrillex, the dubstep DJ with whom she shares an intimate bond and a similar haircut.

July 22: HyunA Monkeys Around

HyunA, the K-pop star who gained global recognition from co-starring in Psy's "Gangnam Style" video, is teasing her new single "Red" in a very sexy, very odd new photoshoot. The singer poses amid two hunky beefcake wearing humongous, furry monkey heads. HyunA's new music will reportedly showcase a more "mature" side from the singer and while this isn't the look we were necessarily imagining, it does amp up our anticipation.
