The soundtrack to Judd Apatow's new movie This Is 40 won’t be released for a few weeks, but Fiona Apple’s contribution to the album just leaked. Click here to listen to “Dull Tool.”

The "Every Single Night" songbird will be in good company. The soundtrack includes tracks by Paul Simon, Paul McCartney, Ryan Adams, Norah Jones, Yoko Ono, Wilco and Jon Brion.

Apple's songs have appeared on other soundtracks, including a cover of the Beatles’ “Across the Universe” for the 1998 film Pleasantville, and “Paper Bag” featured in the 2011 comedy Bridesmaids. But this is the first original track Apple has penned specifically for a film, which means this is the first time she'll be eligible for a Best Original Song Academy Award. So even if you don't listen to it now—you just might hear it on Oscar night.
