J. Cole Announces Sophomore Album 'Born Sinner'

The North Carolina rapper's second album drops in January

Apparently musicians are releasing mini movies to announce their upcoming albums now, as evidenced by J. Cole's UStream last night. The "Work Out" rapper shared his "album reveal trailer" below, unveiling the name of his sophomore album and when it's going to drop: Born Sinner, set to hit shelves January 28, 2013.

J. Cole's first album, Cole World: A Sideline Story, earned the North Carolina rapper a Best New Artist Grammy nomination, and since its 2011 release, the rapper has toured the U.S. and announced an upcoming collaborative album with Kendrick Lamar. Cole World debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, so no doubt fans are pumped for Born Sinner.
