Because their savings accounts aren't going to stuff themselves, Ke$ha and Katy Perry are expanding their creative endeavors—Ke$ha has begun designing a line of jewelry and Katy has announced a new perfume. So the 99 percent of you who aren't pop stars can at least dress and smell like one.
Ke$ha, who's been upping her fashion game lately, caught the attention of jewelry designer Charles Albert who's teaming up with the "Crazy Kids" singer on a new line of accessories. Ke$ha Rose by Charles Albert is set to launch next summer and will range from $30 to $750. The line will feature necklaces, earrings, pendants, bracelets and oversized knuckle rings, one of which will feature a hidden flask inside. Just kidding about that last part.
Katy Perry has teamed up with beauty and fragrance company Coty for a new perfume to add to her line which includes previously released scents Meow and Purr. The new fragrance, which is "almost finished," will be released in 2013. No word as to what the name of the new one will be, but something tells us it might be feline-inspired.
In other very important Katy Perry news, guess what: There is a God. The "Wide Awake" singer is a Spanx wearer! At the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in NYC, Katy told US Weekly that she left her Spanx at home that night: "I feel like my [fat] is sticking out so bad right now." While we doubt that's even possible, it still gives us a little spring in our step. That's normal, right?
What kind of time warp?! '90s (and early 2000s) rock icons Fred Durst, Scott Weiland and Mark McGrath get photobombed by '70s icon Wayne Newton, aka Mr. Las Vegas. This should be all these guys' Christmas cards.
