Just when you were wrapping up your "Favorite Beefs of 2012" list, Jack White takes a swing at Lady Gaga. In Esquire's January issue, the eclectic singer tells us how he really feels about the "Born This Way" star, and it's not exactly warm and fuzzy.
“I don’t think she lives it because it’s all artifice,” Jack says about Gaga's public persona. “It’s all image with no meaning behind it. You can’t sink your teeth into it." (Really? What about that meat dress?!) He continues, "It’s a sound bite. It’s very of this age, because that’s what people want.”
While it's not exactly a full-blown diss, Jack's comments about Lady Gaga aren't the nicest thing to say about someone either. But we shouldn't be surprised—Jack's never been afraid to tell it like it is. Maybe Gaga's 31 million Twitter followers can cheer her up?
What kind of time warp?! '90s (and early 2000s) rock icons Fred Durst, Scott Weiland and Mark McGrath get photobombed by '70s icon Wayne Newton, aka Mr. Las Vegas. This should be all these guys' Christmas cards.
