Kanye West Announces to Fans That Kim Kardashian Is Pregnant!

At a little after midnight Sunday night, Kanye West stopped the music at his concert at Revel Atlantic City to make an announcement: Kim Kardashian is pregnant!

Well, specifically, he said: "Stop the music for a second, stop the music. Can you make some noise for my baby mama right quick?" 

Not long after the initial fan tweets began pouring from the concert, E! News confirmed that Kim is indeed expecting a child with the G.O.O.D. Music head honcho, and is about 12 weeks pregnant. This will be the first child for both Kim and Kanye.

Under the headline, "New Year, New Beginnings," Kardashian wrote on her website, "It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo"

Other members of the outspoken Kardashian clan took to Twitter to express their excitement and happiness for the couple:

Sunday's concert was part of a three-night stand in Atlantic City that one night featured Kanye tearing into an on-stage rant and another that saw him donning a snow monster mask. So even though the KimYe pregnancy has just begun, one thing is already clear: This baby is going to have an interesting scrapbook.
