Flop Alert: Rihanna Nominated for Razzie for Role in 'Battleship'
With the revelation that unstoppable pop star Justin Bieber will host and perform on the February 9 episode of Saturday Night Live, we started thinking about other musicians who have pulled double duty on SNL within the space of one night. It turns out Bieber's appearance will mark the 22nd time a hosting artist has performed as their own musical guest. However, Bieber is only the 20th artist to accomplish this feat because Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez doubled up twice.
So without further ado, here's a playlist of the songs these host-performer hybrids delivered on SNL throughout the years, starting with what we presume Bieber will play and working back to Desi Arnaz's 1976 appearance.
