The Academy Awards' Best Original Song nominees are in and it's an interesting group of tracks. Adele's latest offering "Skyfall" (unsurprisingly) secures a nomination. But did you expect to see "Everybody Needs a Best Friend," that track from Ted that's performed by Norah Jones but written by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane?

The noms list also includes two actors mostly unknown for their singing abilities: Hugh Jackman nabbing a nom with an original track from Les Miserables and Scarlett Johansson with her cut "Before My Time" from documentary Chasing Ice.

Plus there's the India-inspired "Pi's Lullaby" that may pull a "Jai Ho!" and nab the award.

Whoever ends up taking it, this category is going to be a fun one to watch—especially if the artists perform on the broadcast! Who do you think will win? Make your bets in the comments!

Welp, looks like it truly is IGGY SZN. The 'Fancy' rapper stands next to famous comedian-actor Jim Carrey on the Saturday Night Live stage in New York City. In the hilarious promo Iggy Azalea promises the show will be a "Halloween-Themed-Party-Bash." We can only wonder, with so many hits and new songs, which one will Iggy perform?!
