The good news: As of January 8, Americans are back in the gym following the holiday season lull. The bad news: Big Brother is watching your every move.

Well, it's not exactly as sinister as all that. But the good folks at Spotify did analyze the 2.8 million exercise-related playlists on the music-streaming service and determined what the Top 20 Workout Tracks in America are for the month of January 2013.

Glitter n' whiskey party girl Ke$ha rules the nations treadmills, ellipticals and StairMasters with her compulsively-listenable hit "Die Young." Britney Spears and will.i.am's jam "Scream & Shout" was the second-most-listened to track, while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' No. 1 hit "Thrift Shop" came in third place. EDM tracks have a strong showing on this list, with Swedish House Mafia and Calvin Harris rounding out the Top 5.

So whether you're about to go running or just bored at the office, take a listen to the Top 20 Most Popular Workout Tracks in America below to find out what endorphin enthusiasts are getting off to these days.
