Watch Kendrick Lamar on 'Saturday Night Live'
Saturday Night Live pulled out all the stops for host Adam Levine last night, including surprise guest stars, a digital short comeback and a two-song performance from Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, who killed it.
During his opening monologue, the Maroon 5 frontman landed some much-needed comedy coaching from Jerry Seinfeld, Cameron Diaz and Andy Samberg. Levine and Lamar also joined Samberg's Lonely Island crew for an SNL Digital Short that riffed on and redefined "Yolo" (it's not "You Only Live Once," it's actually "You Outta Look Out").
The 25-year-old rapper, who is set to headline NYC's Governor’s Ball later this year, performed "Swimming Pools" and "Poetic Justice," both from his widely-acclaimed new album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City. Watch below.
