Dave Grohl's All-Star Sound City Players Rock Out in L.A.!

As Dave Grohl promised a few weeks back at the Sundance Film Festival, his all-star Sound City Players have hit the road, kicking off a handful of shows Friday night at the Hollywood Palladium with an explosive three-hour set. Does Grohl EVER under deliver?

Stevie Nicks, John Fogerty, members of Cheap TrickRage Against the Machine, Slipknot, Queens of the Stone AgeNirvana, among others, took the stage following the premiere of Grohl's documentary Sound City, NME reports.

New York audiences shouldn't feel left out. Grohl announced that the Sound City Players will perform on February 13 at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Tickets go on sale February 5 via Ticketmaster.
