Lil Wayne and his Young Money Entertainment label, along with his Trukfit clothing line, are being sued by a man that claims he was attacked with a skateboard.

According to court papers posted on E!, the plaintiff, Alfredo Marino, alleges that he was struck in the back of the head with what appeared to be a skateboard while he trying to take a picture of the rapper last year in L.A.

Marino states that he doesn't know who exactly hit him with the skateboard, which is why he lists 1 to 100 defendants in the lawsuit, but claims it was a person that worked for Weezy when the alleged incident occurred.

The Cubbies pulled out a 6-0 win over San Diego last night so the White Stripe ideally should have been enjoying himself in spite of the team's current 41-57 record.
