Las Vegas went country for the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards last night.
Luke Bryan, who hit No. 1 last month with fourth album Spring Break…Here to Party and hosted the show with The Voice coach Blake Shelton, took home the top honor, surprisingly snagging Entertainer of the Year over hot crossover names like Taylor Swift and co-host Shelton.
Miranda Lambert, Shelton's wife, won big too, earning three major wins, including Female Vocalist of the Year (her fourth consecutive win in the category). She also nabbed Single Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Over You," her understated, country-pop single written with Shelton.
The night was also filled with tons of performances from major names in country and beyond. Swiftie teamed up with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban for a beautiful performance of their major country collab "Highway Don't Care" (above).
Kelly Clarkson performed her easy-breezy new single "Don't Rush," Carrie Underwood brought two black Cadillacs on stage to perform new single "Two Black Cadillacs," Lambert got sassy for a performance of "Mama's Broken Heart" and John Mayer joined country rocker Brad Paisley on stage to show off his guitar skills.
