Sisters Lennon and Maisy Stella—13 and 9, respectively—have already earned multiple levels of fame. To some, they are YouTube sensations whose blend of original songs and covers have earned them tens of millions of views. (Check their cover of Robyn's "Call Your Girlfriend," which is nearing 17 million views alone.)
To others, they're Maddie and Daphne Conrad, the daughters of country music star Reyna James on the popular TV show Nashville. Their cover of The Lumineers' "Ho Hey" earlier this year made it on numerous "Must-watch" lists the next day.
We caught up with the Canadian singers in Nashville to discuss their musical upbringing—their parents are popular country music duo the Stellas—releasing original music and how that Robyn cover landed them on 'Good Morning America' two days later.
The girls also performed an exclusive version of their new original song "Bright Side" below.
