Yesterday, TMZ posted footage of international pop star/teen terror Justin Bieber running amok through a restaurant kitchen, urinating in a mop bucket and spraying a photo of a U.S. president while shouting, "F—k Bill Clinton!"

Apparently, that's all it takes to get the former prez on the phone, because the Canadian heartthrob recently spoke with Mr. Clinton to apologize for his on-camera outburst.

"Thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President," Bieber tweeted after the video went viral. "Your words meant alot. #greatguy"

Although neither Bill nor Bieb revealed the exact content of their conversation, we don't need the NSA to find out what went down. E! News spoke with "a source close to the situation" who claimed Clinton said something to the tune of, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

While we're not so sure it is the worst thing he's ever done—his monkey abandonment or stab at rapping might take that crown—it's good to know there's no beef between Clinton and Bieber. If only for the sake of already strained American-Canadian diplomatic relations.
