Oops, he did it again. The Detroit Free Press is reporting that police found marijuana on Justin Bieber's tour bus at the U.S.-Canada border before his Believe tour stop in Detroit Sunday night. Bieber was not on the bus when police found the drugs, so he's toooootally not involved, okay, you guys? (Wink, wink.)

Earlier this year, Swedish police found "a small amount of drugs" and a stun gun on Bieber's bus. This happened months after photos of the "Heartbreaker" singer smoking what looked like a blunt found their way to TMZ.

While Biebs usually addresses these incidents via vague fortune cookie-type affirmations on Twitter—after BluntGate, he admitted that "everyday [he is] growing and learning"—he has yet to comment on his latest scuffle. He did, however, tweet a smiley face early Tuesday morning.
