Puddle of Mudd's Wes Scantlin, according to police reports, has been a very bad neighbor.

The 41-year-old was booked and later released by poilce after a neighbor claimed Scantlin attacked her property with a buzzsaw and sledgehammer.

That neighbor, who had called police on Scantlin numerous times in the past, turns out to be Sasha Gradvia, an electro-pop artist best known as "Gun Girl" for her artillery-themed dress at this year's Grammys.

According to Billboard, "Scantlin used a buzz saw to vandalize Gradiva's patio and took a sledgehammer to a cinder block wall between the two properties. Scantlin reportedly was upset because he believed that the wall had been erected on his side of the property line."

"I called the police multiple times," Gradiva said. "Every time, he would run into his house and lock the doors and he wouldn't open them … Police couldn't exactly get him for my call, but yesterday they got him. He literally was jumping from my patio to his roof, and [police officers] were running around his house to catch him."

Scantlin defended himself to TMZ, telling the outlet, "My neighbor vandalized my house, so I had to take action."

Gradiva is reportedly looking into a restraining order against Scanlin after the incident.
