Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky is facing misdemeanor assault and harassment charges for allegedly assaulting a woman in the crowd during his set at Jay Z's Made in America festival in Philadelphia over Labor Day weekend.

"A young woman filed a private criminal complaint, yesterday [Wednesday], stating that she was slapped on Saturday during the Made In America concert," Tasha Jamerson of the Philadelphia District Attorney's office tells Fuse. "Upon looking at the evidence, we charged A$AP Rocky, or whatever his name is, with simple assault and harassment."

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported the alleged open-palm slap happened while Rocky was walking through the crowd during his performance. The Philly D.A. approved the charges but no court date has been set. And as the charges were filed privately, the alleged victim's identity remains unknown.

Whatcha shootin' for, Gaga? Mother Monster uploaded a pic to her Instagram late last night of what looks like a video crew recording her in the studio. She tagged pictures from that night with "#CheekToCheek," the title for her Tony Bennett collaboration LP. Maybe we're getting a making-of documentary for the album too? Fingers crossed!
