From 2002 to 2008, Hilary Duff released four studio albums and three compilation LPs—two even hit No. 1 on the Billboard Charts. But the singer/actress has steered clear of the music biz for the past five years, focusing instead on family life, book publishing, TV appearances and more. This week, however, the former Lizzie McGuire star is back in the studio, proving it with an Instagram photo of herself recording (see above!).
To celebrate, Fuse compiled a playlist revisiting the 25-year-old singer's best tracks: There's "Reach Out," which samples "Personal Jesus" by Depeche Mode; "Play With Fire," which she co-wrote with will.i.am; and the pop-rock party jam "The Getaway." So much good Duff.
Details on Duff's new material are sparse, though she did mention that she's "super into EDM," which could suggest the upcoming LP's sound. But for now, listen to Duff's 15 best songs to date.
