Jay Z's Life + Times just premiered an unexpected treat: RZA's remix of Alt-J's "Breezeblocks."

Even before the Wu-Tang maestro got his hands on it, the British indie band's track was an atypical tune. With jarring tempo changes, Joe Newman's wonky voice and an eclectic mixture of instruments, "Breezeblocks" is a good example of the band's restless approach to songwriting and recording.

With RZA's remix, the An Awesome Wave track becomes even stranger thanks to a stuttering beat and exaggerated mechanical noises. Listen to it above check out the band telling Fuse about their love for Man v. Food here.
