The talk show host got the exclusive on the full length version of the video... where viewers see Jimmy Kimmel walking in after the twerktastrophe and extinguishing the fire himself. In other words, the whole thing was fake! You lost this one, Internet.
Turns out "Caitlin Heller" is actually Daphne Avalon, a professional stunt woman (which explains her all-too-graceful fall directly onto the glass table.) As for why Jimmy made the video? To end the twerking madness once and for all, obviously. Jimmy told Daphne, "Thank you for helping us deceive the world and hopefully put an end to twerking forever."
