The always controversial Azealia Banks is ruffling feathers yet again. The "ATM JAM" rapper recently told Elle UK that she considers herself and Kanye West "the same person."
"Kanye is a genius," she told the mag. "Kanye and I are like the same person but boy and girl. We’re pulling from the same cloud, the same inspiration.
"We’re both Geminis, we’re the two premier avant gardists in hip hop music. It’s just me and him. I think our consciousnesses are swirling around each other in some weird kind of way…"
Yes, the two artists are very similar: Kanye West has released seven albums and won 19 Grammy Awards. Azealia Banks' debut album, Broke With Expensive Taste, was first slated for release in September 2012. It's now scheduled for early 2014.
