FUSE TV - Miley Cyrus' New Bleached Eyebrows: Yay or Nay?

Very important news of the day: Miley Cyrus has bleached her eyebrows.

Possibly inspired by the terrifying Tumblr Celebrities Without Eyebrows, the "Wrecking Ball" singer took a page right out of Yolandi Visser's fashion Bible and poured some bleach all over those bad boys. 

The singer debuted her new look in this candid shot with Lily Allen, which makes us wonder if the two pop stars had some words for each other after Lily took a couple jabs at Miley in her latest video, "Hard Out Here." In the video, Lily twerks in a room full of backup dancers, possibly calling out Miley's ubiquitous and equally controversial "We Can't Stop" video. Looks like they made up okay, though.
