It's been four-and-a-half years since South Park eviscerated Kanye West in "Fishsticks," portraying the rapper as a narcissistic buffoon and the only person in the country who doesn't understand one of the kids' jokes. (To wit: "Do you like fish sticks?" "Yes" "You're a gay fish.")
On Wednesday night, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone reintroduced "recovering gay fish" West in an episode mocking Kim Kardashian for portraying an unrealistic body ideal for young girls.
"Kim Kardashian is a short, overweight woman who manipulates
her image and makes average girls feel horrible about themselves," Wendy tells Butters upon finding a photo of Kim in his locker. "In real life,
she has the body of a Hobbit.”
So begins a 22-minute journey by West to prove that his fiancé is not, in fact, a Hobbit, complete with a "Bound 2" parody.
Stone and Parker repeatedly mock Kardashian for perpetuating an unattainable and unrealistic image and compare her, unflatteringly, to Beyonce.
"Even though she couldn’t sing like Beyonce or dance like Beyonce or act like Beyonce or be a decent human being like beyonce, the little Hobbit was looked up to and loved just like Beyonce," says Kanye.
