Drake Takes Over NBA Game
Last night Drake proved once again to the world that he's not the melancholic rapper many folks think he is by becoming a major player (no, he wasn't actually playing) at an NBA game.
Drizzy took over a number of duties during the Toronto Raptors and Brooklyn Nets game at Air Canada Center in Toronto.
According to XXL, the "Take Care" rapper introduced the starting lineup for his hometown team, spoke during the pre-game show and team press conference and brought along his DJ, Future The Prince, to help host the halftime show.
It's no wonder the proud Canadian is the official Global Ambassador for the team!
The event was even officially labeled, "Drake Night."
(You can check out Drake doing his basketball thing below.)
It's too bad Jay Z is no longer involved with the Nets, as a hip-hop-superstar-basketball-rap battle is pretty much the only thing that could have made the night even better.
