The GRAMMY Awards are old hat for country stars Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Kris Kristofferson. Recipients of seven, two and three GRAMMYs respectively, the long-time friends are used to the stage, to say the least.

But that doesn't mean they aren't excited for this year's ceremony. The trio spoke to Fuse's Jack Osbourne on the red carpet about their highly anticipated performance with Blake Shelton tonight. The unique "GRAMMY Moment" performance will accompany a very special award for Kristofferson, as he receives the 2014 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nelson, Haggard and Kristofferson seem to be on the same page about one thing: The best part of the GRAMMYs for these veterans is just being able to hang out together. Watch the entire video above and keep up with all our GRAMMYs coverage.
