TMZ reported that Kanye West allegedly attacked an 18-year-old in a Beverly Hills office building on Monday afternoon. Now the Yeezus rapper is being investigated in a misdemeanor battery case.
According to TMZ, Kanye punched a man inside a chiropractor's office after he allegedly yelled slurs at his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian. Witnesses say Kanye punched the man while Kim yelled, "We have it all on tape."
Today, the L.A. Times is reporting that Kanye is, in fact, being investigated in a battery case. "The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses," police said in a statement. Police also said that Kanye left the scene before officers arrived.
Recently, Kanye pleaded not guilty to charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with a physical altercation with a paparazzo at LAX.
