Ke$ha has entered a 30-day rehab stint for an eating disorder.

In a statement to TMZ, the "Warrior" singer explained why she made the decision to seek help.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," she said. "I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

This developing news comes just days after Kesha released her video for single "Dirty Love." 

The clip, in which she performs a titillating striptease, is one of her most provocative and outlandish music videos to date.

The rainbow-haired pop star has had recent issues with creative control of her career, but announced via Twitter that the new video marks her directorial debut. She also optimistically toasted the New Year:
